Archon FAF Privacy Policy

Archon FAF is a private tool run by its admin for a small group of friends. It reads checkout notifications in Discord and turns them into a dashboard of the group's checkouts. It is not a public service.

What Archon FAF reads

• Only channels added on purpose with /tally add (by the server's owner, or the admin or co-host), in servers that are part of the group. Nothing else in a server is read.
• Only messages posted by bots and webhooks. Messages written by people are never saved.
• Only checkout notifications from Valor, Shikari, sniped.gg and Refract are read in full, plus Valor's order checks ("order still good" / "order cancelled"). For any other bot, only its name, the time and the channel are kept, so the admin can see it was skipped. Raffle entries are not saved at all.

What is kept from a checkout

The store, product, price, quantity, result (success, cancelled or declined, and the reason given), which bot sent it, when, and the bot's mode. Each checkout belongs to the owner of the server it was posted in.

Proxies: since October 24, 2026 nothing about proxies is saved. Checkouts saved before then still hold the proxy's type and provider (never the login); it isn't read, used or shown anywhere.

Order numbers are never saved. Instead a scrambled code of the number is kept (a one-way fingerprint made with a secret key), so a later "order still good" or "order cancelled" message can be linked to its checkout. The order number can't be worked out from it.

Removed before anything is saved: email addresses, order numbers, profile and card names, account logins and passwords, everything about proxies (logins, types and providers), names, addresses and phone numbers.

Signing in to the dashboard

• Sign-in uses Discord with the identify permission only: your Discord ID, username and profile picture. Archon FAF never sees your email, your servers or your messages.
• Group members' profile pictures are kept so the dashboard can show them. Pictures of people outside the group are never kept.
• Cookies: one sign-in cookie (lasts 30 days), one that remembers the member view for the admin and co-host (7 days), and one for a few minutes during sign-in. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Things you add yourself

Background pictures you upload, which notices you closed, and which background you picked. You can remove your pictures yourself at any time.

Logs

The server logs sign-ins (your username and IP address) and errors, to keep the dashboard safe and working. Logs are deleted after 30 days.

Who can see it

• Members of the group see the group's checkout stats, including each member's name and results.
• The admin and co-host also see the admin tools (prices, notices, settings).
• Nothing is sold, shared for advertising, or given to anyone outside the group.
• Services that host it: DigitalOcean (the server, in New York, USA), Cloudflare (the domain name only) and Discord.

How long it is kept, and deleting it

• Saved checkouts are kept while the group uses Archon FAF, so stats can be compared over time.
• If your server is removed from the group, Archon FAF stops reading it; what was already saved stays unless you ask.
• Ask the admin and your saved checkouts, pictures and settings are deleted within 30 days. Nightly backups are kept for 14 days, so copies in them are gone 14 days after that.
